For reasons which remain unknown to me, a number of months ago, SNAP Pro’s Facebook comments import feature stopped working for me. I don’t know if it is due to a change which was made by Facebook, or if something in a WordPress update broke the Facebook comments import feature, or if it is due to something else. I have checked my SNAP Pro settings in all three of my Facebook accounts — timeline, page and group — and they all appear to be correct.
Are the developers aware of this issue, and is anything being done to try to fix it?
