Facebook Error about HTTPS

Hi.
I have followed this tutorial step by step

Setup/Installation: Facebook – Social Networks Auto-Poster

However at step 1.9 I can´t set the “Enforce HTTPS for Web Oauth login” to NO.
It´s forced to the setting YES

If I complete all steps and try to authorize my Facebook account I get this error:

“Insecure Login Blocked: You can’t get an access token or log in to this app from an insecure page. Try re-loading the page as https://”

I´m using WordPress 4.9.5 and SNAP 4.2.1
