Medium and Instapaper connected but auto post not working

Hi could I please get some help connecting Medium and Instapaper? Both work when I try a test post, but they aren’t auto-posting.

For Instapaper I put the correct login and password, and for Medium I put the correct integration token.

I am using the plugin successfully with other apps like twitter.

Any ideas?
