SNAP Pro and Multisite problem!

After last update of “NextScripts: SNAP Pro Upgrade Helper” plugin

In settings i see only this words “This version of the plugin is not compatible with WordPress Multisite Edition. Please contact your Network Admin for the upgrade. ”

But i have PRO account!

Have you both Snap and SNAP Pro Upgrade up-to-date ? Same for WordPress version ? If not, try to upgrade first.

Sounds like you have lost your activation.

Unless I am being dense (possible), the issue is that I cannot even get to the Settings page to enter the activation because it comes up with the error?

Where exactly are you looking for it?

Version 3 “Pro” works only on one “Main” site in the multisite environment.

I managed to solve the problem by changing my site to single site mode, activating the plugin and then re-enabling multisite.

Please delete the previous post with the login details.
