Possibly, if you go under Settings and uncheck the [New! Improved!] Autoposting Filters option, everything you publish will autopost. Conversely, if you add a universal filter which will cover all of your posts, everything will autopost. After I filtered by author and included my name (mine is a single-author blog), autopost worked.
Still no reply as to why there is no interface with options anymore on the “New Post” and “Edit Post” pages even though there are settings in User Privileges/Security to allow them. Not even in 4.0.6.
