Any FRENCH speaker… ? Facebook autoposter errors

Hi There,

Is there any french speaker, and really use to snap wordpress plugin please ?

I’m struggling for months with configuration and snap has so often failures that I don’t know what else to do.
When I as for support by opening a ticket, I barely understand answers because they are so technical…

SNAP is supposed to be a plugin making life easier… that’s not the case for me !

I Tried many things on my account settings to make it work but, by dint of modifying elements I wander if I’m not making things worse…

Is someone would be kind enough to help me please ?
