Hi, I put in a support ticket about this issue a few days ago and have not yet received a reply. Was hoping to get some assistance here.

I purchased snap using paypal and could not access the email account attached to my paypal.

I need to have the download instructions emailed to me .

My problem is different. I was going through hosting problems at the time of my purchase.

Basically, I can access my paypal email now , but I just need to have the download instructions resent to me as I missed the original.

Click “Forgot your password?” enter your email that you used to make an order – click the link in the email to create a new password and you will be able to get your activation key and download your products.
