I already use the plugin NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster to publish automatically on Facebook.
Now I want to publish automatically on other social networking websites like Twitter, Google +, and other.

Something very important is the posts format.

I need something like this:

And not this:

I mean, I want to have a description, a big photo, and a synopsis of the post with a link.

Could you show me all the posts formats I may have when I use this Social Networks Auto Poster (SNAP) API?

I need to make a quick option.
