I do not respond to my ticket # 801114.
Already a day I can not get an answer on contact support.
My problem –
I confirmed the e-mail and downloaded “SNAP Pro Upgrade Helper”, trying to enter the license code that in my personal account . But the code for some reason fails and gives an error message – “Wrong key, please contact support”. What should I do?

The most common reason for this is the amount of memory allowed for PHP on your server. Please check and make sure it’s not 32M or less. You need at least 64M, but if you have other plugins 128M or even 256M is recommended.
