How to avoid facebook restrictions to post in several groups

Hello,

I just want to know like the title says, how to avoid that facebook restrict me (us) to post/join/comment in groups that you are not admin. This happend to me very frecuently, im posting in about 180 groups (2 times per day), and it works fine for some days, but always, at some moment, facebook restrict me this posibility, first for 3 days, after for 7 days, and so on….i have to stop posting for some time, sometimes more than one month, to have the ability to post again and i have to do it gradually, but at the end, the restriction came again. Is there some way to avoid this?

You can’t post in Closed Groups that you are NOT admin.

Not sure if you can do this but have you tried having more then one account posting?. If you do everything from the same account you will get flagged by facebook for this as they will think you are spamming groups.
