Import Setting File Error

I just went live with my new re-developed website for gogreentravelgreen.com. I exported the file settings from old site. I have the Pro version and I entered my activation key into new site, but when I tried uploading the “Import Settings” I got this error “Incorrect Import file.” We downloaded the settings into the following file nx-snap-settings.txt from the Pro version and are attempting to upload into Pro version.

I have the same problem. I have 6 sites and went to considerable time and trouble to set AutoPoster on this site. Then went to export/import to my other sites and received the Incorrect Import File notics.

There’s very little written about this apparently on the web ’cause I’ve been looking all day.

Need some clarification please

This is a known issue for quite some time. We already answered many times in many different places that it will be fixed in the next release.

You took to long to fix this issue …..
I have 150+ account in my export file and i dont want to add each one of them manually it will take me hours…….
