No authorize button

I’ve installed this great plugin on a few sites, with the latest one, which is on a different host, for https://izzapizzeria.com there is no ‘authorize facebook’ link at the bottom. I tried in 3 browsers.

‘authorize facebook’ link appears only after you correctly fill your keys and secrets.

I’m having the same trouble on another site https://zeropointportal.us – I cannot get the button on any of the networks, not only fb, and credentials are correct. It simply never appears, anywhere.
