    Hi,

    We have been following the setup instructions for the NextScripts Premium API at https://www.nextscripts.com/snap-nextscripts-api-for-facebook-configuration/. Unfortunately the connection to Facebook is not working:

    We entered the correct Facebook Username/Email and Password, but when it comes to selecting the Facebook page ID, we cannot make a selection (i.e. no connection) and there is an error message underneath:

    Auth Error Account #2: Array
    (
    [message] => Unsupported get request. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api
    [type] => GraphMethodException
    [code] => 100
    [error_subcode] => 33
    [fbtrace_id] => Df0321nW79S
    )

    Connecting via a session is not an option for us because we have 25 accounts and post several articles a day. It is always possible that the person posting the articles is logged out of Facebook. I assume we would have to set it all up again when that happens?

      This message usually comes with another error message above it. Please check what it says. Also please try a different configuration method.

      Same issue with my SEO blog. Try to connect 25+ times and still nothing.

        this issue is still on going, i put in a ticket and the response was more or less, it will fix itself, just go with it. well its been going on for two months now. i tried the alternative log in method and it failed.

        it is really annoying to have to reset my account every two to three days
