submit post to facebook specific page

Hi

I’ve a problem, probably easy to solve.

I want to publish on a facebook specific page.
But posts are sent as my personal page.

How is it possible to choose on which page I will send my post ? (the page is mine)
It will be always the same page, I just need to configure it one time.

On the SNAP Accounts page Click on [Show Settings] to the right of the Auto Publish To Facebook Page
Then take a look at the picture below
