      People! Please, please stop blaming nextscripts for this and stop saying that we need to “look into this some more”

      Facebook already officially admitted it’s their fault. Facebook broke it’s API all by itself.
      There is nothing we can do until they fix it.

        I removed and re-added after updating and I still receive this error. Obviously, support needs to look into this some more..

            Hi, i reinstalled the plugin via wordpress.org and re-autorized the app a lot of times, still get the issue #283, please send a general update for all your users, i cant fix this issue and i do the guide step-by-step

            Please Help

              Same as above. Everything has been fine for months. Nothing has been altered or changed on our end and suddenly this error. Cant autopost to facebook. 🙁 Please Help.

                    Your fix about getting latest version of pluggin and reauthorize, earlier today did not worked!
                    Pluggin continues response Error #283 Requires extended permission!!

                    Please advise..

                          I am facing the same issue.<br />

                          I have tried everything including<br />

                          Reinstalling this plugin to latest version<br />
                          Installing a new wordpress to a different website and setting up this plugin to that site<br />
                          Created new facebook app and attached to SNAP
                          <br />
                          I am error #200 on my permanent Website.<br />
                          and now getting error #283 on temporary website(just created to test this again)

                          Now tell me what to do next?
                          is there anyhting left

                              Same problem like i have, this happen from this morning 30-04-2015 Error: (#283) Requires extended permission: manage_pages

                              I did’nt change anything but it seems facebook has changed their rules. Please let me know how to solved it.

                                  Is there a way to make SNAP post in the “voice” of the page?

                                  Yes, the authorized app user is a full admin. However the app still posts in her name rather than the page.

                                  Can this be changed?
