Agreed. I only have to get this project working as requested. Then, I can go onto the next job of outsourcing, to have the whole site updated in the custom coding and other plugins.

Okay, this has been fix. Here is the instructions given to me by Ludwig. This fixed the issue, and I was able to upgrade both the SNAP and Pro plugins to their current versions.

“Please go to the WordPress database and delete row __plugins_cache_242 from your wp_options table. Then please go to the Help/Support tab and click [Check for API Update].”

I update my ticket and asked you for a price. Thank you.

I have the same issue. Yes, I understand what you are saying, but due to all the custom plugins, we are not able to make the changes just now. It cost alot to recode custom plugins running on PHP 5.3. We are just wanting the Pro version to work as it has before. Please write the code we need to permit PHP older versions. Or fix the method you are checking for license keys validity please.

We still pay you the same, every year. So please make this happen. Thank you.

I also tried the Pro version Helper Plugin 1.5.5. It did not help, same fatal 500 error. I just tried it now. The SNAP Plugin works fine, it is the Pro Version Helper Plugin, which is causing the error. I get these errors:

WP Debug Log: [14-Apr-2018 03:00:22 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Can’t use method return value in write context in /wp-content/plugins/nxs-snap-pro-upgrade/nxs-snap-pro-upgrade.php(40) : eval()’d code on line 60

I updated your plugin today with the latest. You have resolved the Save Repost Button. However, here is your next fix. When I edit an existing schedule in the Reposter, the bottom section is not fully displayed. This looks like you might have syntax inside this section in your code, and thereby, “cutting off” the rest of your table section. Here is the image link for you to review: https://www.screencast.com/t/q7vzhsqYtnr

Here is the PHP error lines and notices form the debug log:

I’m using Version 4.0.11 on PHP V.5.3.29. This is the latest version.

in reply to: How to Downgrade Back to 3.x? #557897

Here are instructions for the future:
    1. Deactivate the plugin. Use C-Panel File Manager. Zip up the plugin. Name it with the date at the end. Leave it on the site. Upgrade the new plugin. It fails and doesn’t work. What now?

Deactivate the new plugin. Delete it. Un-compress the old plugin from the zip file. Go to the backend of WordPress and activate the old plugin. You’re back in business with ANY plugin this way. And you won’t have to ever ask anyone to “roll back” a version.

Yes this is my issue as well. I’m waiting 8 days on a ticket now. And it appears almost all the posts in this forum are more like a diary of events. Whereby people read it and no one in tech answers the posts or threads. (sigh!)

in reply to: What is the turn around time for tickets? #557894

I’ve been waiting for 8 days. I noticed in the “Unanswered Tickets” post, one member has been waiting since October 12th. Take it from there.
