Just curious, what’s the turn around time for tickets, I don’t want to be doing follow up if it’s me that the one being impatient, i.e. is it 24/7, is it 5 days a week, it is 9-5, etc

Our office ours are 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday. Please do not expect a reply on a weekend. We usually answer within 24 hours, but sometimes we get more tickets then we can handle and it could take 3-5 days to get a reply. We are working as fast as we could so please be patient.
