What enviroment info do you need exactly? WordPress version? Please, be more concrete. In my case I have 4.6.1 wordpress and php 5.4 and I had to deactivate your “NextScripts: SNAP Pro Upgrade Helper” because of it was getting my website broken.
I know that I should upgrade PHP version but it is a process that need a lot of time to test errors and amend them, so I took your temporal solution until I can upgrade.
But Instagram updates with your plugin was working fine after deactivate your upgrader, so I think it´s something related to instagram
Please, tell me what do you need. If Therar 3 of us with the same problem in the same moment, taht is a clue, I think
