Disabled plugins associated to social media and several others. Same response. Reauthorizing app goes to login page. Was fine before update.

Same problem.. i upgraded to snap 3.7.13 and problem started. can not even roll back to older version.

There is no version 3.7.13 yet in the WordPress repository. Have version 3.7.12 which is not importing comments.

Please update to the latest version 3.7.13. This problem has been fixed there.

I responded to the support ticket. The server and WP time are correct, looking at each. The sch. time worked great before the latest update. I have confirmed it is an issue with a friend who works in software development who also DLed the plugin and played around with it.
can you look into it? thanks 🙂

Please check your server time and your WordPress time. Plugin does the scheduling based on WordPress time.
