Reply To: Instagram Uploaded image isn't in the right format

I am facing the same problem. Even when I am submiting the test post to Instagram (“Submit test post to Instagram”), I always receive this message, no matter what:
ERROR -POST- Array

[message] => Uploaded image isn’t in an allowed aspect ratio
)

I already tried all formats and options and the result still remains
