      I bought the SNAP PRO version and can’t get it activated. You don’t reply to my messages and removed my facebook message. Why? Please don’t ignore me but give good support. I am happy with the product and would like to get it working.

      I will explain the difference:
      * bad support = unhappy customer = complaints = less sales
      * good support = happy customer = referrals = more sales

          I am sorry for my late reply, I didn’t get a notification about your update.

          Unfortunately I don’t have a support ticket #. Just a bunch of emails.

          I opened a new support ticket 5 days ago, but again: no reply … 🙁
