"BUT NOT" on tag filtering?

      Is it possible to filter posts by keyword using “BUT NOT”? For example: Post to Facebook if the tags contain “cats” or “dogs” BUT NOT “Persian” or “chihuahua.”

      In that case, a post tagged “cats, dogs” would be posted to Facebook. But a post tagged “cats, dogs, chihuahuas” would not be posted to Facebook.
