checkboxes/text not saving

I am having a new problem with SNAP that I’ve never had before – the checkboxes and snap posts text (on the post, not in the settings) won’t save. I am currently having no problems posting directly to social networks through the manual post – I don’t think it’s the API. I can do a manual post to fb/twitter etc through the post (but not scheduled..) and on Instagram I’m having to go do a manual post (because it won’t save the text). I’m waiting to hear back from support but wondering if anyone else had this problem, it may help us troubleshoot.

I am continuing to have problems and I hope that you’ll reply to my support requests. I had to delete the instagram accounts because SNAP was posting to the wrong network – even when the box wasn’t checked! It’s just going crazy.
