Detailed "How To" Needed – Tag/Category Filtered Posting

I’m running a site where Contributors post from the frontend without moderation. How can I set up SNAP so that the posts go to the applicable tag based social networks without requiring moderation or Publishing from the backend.

I’ve attempted to get this working for the last few days without success. I’ve read the instruction page but my success has been limited only to publishing the drafts from the backend.

Detailed instruction would be greatly appreciated.

After that posts with different tags will go to different pages. There is nothing else.
