Don't post when its another author

Hey,

I tried this nice plugin and it works fine for me as author. But when a post is created by another author, SNAP is not posting this to the social media platforms. We are more then one author, but authors are no allowed to publish, so this doing an admin. Unfortunately in this way it’s not working. Any ideas on this?
