Facebook-wrong attached link/shared link desc.

We’re currently using SNAP version 3.4.31. Whenever we autopost to Facebook it seems that random text and images are being inserted into each Facebook post. Specifically, it seems to be grabbing text/image from a text widget in our active sidebar. When I remove the text widget it then pulls random text from elsewhere in our site.

I reviewed the instructions in FAQ # 2.8. Our settings are exactly as described but it still does not resolve the problem.
I opened a support ticket in April but was never contacted. When I just checked my ticket status it was listed a closed.

I’m trying the forum to see if there are other solutions. I do plan to upgrade to the next version but I don’t yet if that will work.

1. Please always use the latest version.
2. FAQ 2.8 does not provide exact solution. You just need to find out the configuration that works with your environment.
