feature request: allow "read more" on Tumblr

Hello,

I love this script, but one thing that I’d like a lot is if I could mimic the “read more” feature on WordPress. Right now if I want images in text posts to come through, apparently I have to use “FULLTEXT” or nothing; EXCERPT and ANNOUNCE both strip all the formatting and image code.

So I’d like an option that is FULLTEXT up to the more comment on WP, and then shows a “Read more,” perhaps with a direct link as in the WP post.

Actually %EXCERPT% does the same thing as %FULLTEXT% to either excerpt field of first 300 characters of the post.

Thanks for the response. Maybe I should submit a support request? Because neither %EXCERPT% or %ANNOUNCE% (which I set to as high a number of characters as the setting field would let me) reproduced images in the Tumblr post for me, unlike LiveJournal crossposting.
