      Hi Guys,

      I have sent in 2 support tickets and 1 direct contact message to Ludwig over the past 4 weeks and I have not heard back from him.

      I have “owned” SNAP Pro for 4 weeks now and have not been able to use because he has not written back to me.

      Does anyone know how I can Skype or FB Message him. This is a bit unfair and ridiculous.
