How to set SNAP follow my time zone?

Hi, I got ban from Facebook when auto publish to 15 groups.

So now I set each group post delay from 3 to 20 minutes, but after waiting awhile, it just show queried in log. and from the query below it show

“Current Time: 2015-12-09 13:53 | Next Shedulled Time: ~2015-12-09 13:34 | Last Post made from query: 1970-01-01 00:00

The current time shown are not same with my system(post) time or time zone. How to sync or set the timezone?

I have a question for the post delay setting for each group, if I set delay 3min for each group, will it autopost all at once after 3min? Or it will delay each group by 3 min?

Now I set group 1 delay 3min, group 2 delay 5 min, group 3 delay 7 min and on, which mean each group I add 2 min from previous group time delay until the 15th group.

Which one is the proper setting so it will delay evenly?
