instagram posting error

Hi, anyone else getting this? I have logged in, I have logged out and got a verification code, and logged back in, connected to Nextscripts and reconnected .. Also, i have the latest API version, still getting this error:

well that was odd, it seemed to correct itself, now for twitter issues from another post, URL and hashtags are not showing.

Instagram’s API errors are usually opaque, but the common causes are token expiry, rate limits and image format — the error text rarely says which. Logging the exact response code narrows it down fast. I came across a similar point at https://staycasino-australien.com/ and it applied here.
