Installation Fatal Error Message

Hello

Can you help me I am experiencing an error message when installing SNAP plugin.

My hosting company renamed my plugin folder during diagnostics, before that the plugin was working just great
now I am trying to reinstall SNAP, and I get the following error message.

Fatal error: Cannot declare class NXS_HtmlFixer, because the name is already in use in /home/geraldpi/public_html/wp-content/plugins/social-networks-auto-poster-facebook-twitter-g/inc/nxs_functions.php on line 207

I really want this to function again as it is the most awesome posting plugin out there.

Please delete all folders that contain copies of our plugin

yes I did delete all the folders I could find, but still I got this error.

Your Error says:

Cannot declare class NXS_HtmlFixer, because the name is already in use

Plugin can’t declare a class NXS_HtmlFixer because it’s already declared somewhere else. Since only SNAP uses the name NXS_HtmlFixer, it means you already have SNAP installed. Please remove all copies of SNAP and install only one fresh copy.

I have already checked I do not have snap installed already.
