Hi, I’m really mad at you.
On September 27, I bought your plugin for WordPress through another email (pagos@sonmedia.es) and where they should have sent the license key, but I have not received it. I also try to create a new password to enter my account on your page, but neither emails arrive for the new password. I have tried to contact you through a support ticket, they never answer, I have placed a claim in PayPal and, either.
What is happening? I want my license key to be able to use pluging in my digital newspaper, I have the social networks endorsed because of you.
Please, please send me the license key or return the amount paid for this plugin.We are using traceable email system. I just tried to request your password. then I checked the trace. Email was “Accepted” and “Delivered” to your server sonmedia.es. Please check your spam folder or talk to sonmedia.es admin. Email is there.
