ParticipantThe updated plugin (4.02) seems to be attempting to establish a connection to an outside destination (107.178.106.136) which is unresponsive, and causing my whole site to go unresponsive.
Why is the plugin trying to connect to your server at any other time than when publishing a post and sending Tweets/FB messages/etc?

ParticipantWe have the same issue (likely the same) – we cannot use the plugin in it current incarnation. The external connection is causing a big resource problem. I opened a support ticket with a couple images describing the problem – which relates to calls to nextscripts.com

ParticipantI’ve submitted this as a support ticket too, along with a log of the connection attempts we were seeing.
Hopefully someone fixes this asap.

ParticipantThe latest update (4.03) seems to have fixed this? Anyone else?
