Restrict instagram accounts per account.

Hello, how would I go about restricting instagram accounts per each user that created them.

So for instance if user X added the instagram accounts Y and Z while user A added the account B, user X should be able to post only from accounts Y and Z while A only from B.

Is there any way to do this?
