      Hi –

      I have paid for the pro version of SNAP for WordPress and I am dissatisfied with the support that I have received on Ticket #862962 and on Ticket #863572. Ticket #863572 was closed with no response and Ticket #862962 has never been responded to.

      I have been a very vocal support and promoter of the SNAP plugin. See for example: https://www.eldersell.com/website-development-checklist-success/

      In light of this failure to provide promised support, I sadly can no longer recommend the product. This is really too bad, because it doesn’t have to be that way. There’s just no way around it, though: the promises are being broken now.
