Use custom text for each facebook post

I want to use custom text for each post that I want to post on facebook including the featured image.

I select in settings the image and in the message box I typed %URL%.

When I create a new post I have the option to edit the message format, so I add my custom text there, but when I post to facebook, the custom text is not send to facebook.

How to solve?

Please read the popup message on the repost button. It tells you that you need to save the post before clicking it if you would like to see the new text.
