Use post attributes same way than custom fields

Hi, and congrats for this great plugin!!

I want to use post attributes in the Twitter message. I know about the tag syntax %CF-CustomFieldName% for custom fields. I wonder if it would be possible to use attributes the same way, linke %CF-PostAttributeName%. Please note that I don’t mean custom taxonomies, just plain text attributes added to a post.

Alternatively, you could consider supporting shortcodes in the message, so we users could define complex “pseudo custom fields” to fit any use case.
