WordPress & Facebook are non-functional – refund requested

I submitted a ticket well over 2 weeks ago with no reply. Facebook fails entirely.

I’ve requested a refund through PayPal and suggest nobody buy this plugin.

Such a shame this great plugin and community is about to shut down.
Also wondering is everything is ok with Ludwig; his support was amazing but since months no reaction at all. Getting a bit worried.

There are also some alternatives for this plugin but the extended filter options (on custom fields, taxonomies, reposter,..) as SNAP has, are not available at the other plugins.

Glad i saw there was reaction from the author on the wordpress plugin support pages
