I have upgraded to 2.17.12 and are still having issues.

The following code come up for me:

This may be the same issue or something completely different. Either way, if you could reply it would really be appreciated.

It works well on OPEN GROUPS, I still haven’t found a solution for the CLOSE GROUPS.

This is the error I got:

Something is altering your site URL. P{lease disable all other plugins and try to authorize it again.

Recently Pinterest moved some international users to their national subdomains (like no.pinterest.com, jp.pinterest.com, de.pinterest.com, etc..).

SNAP API 2.17.11 is now compatible with new changes.

This should fix “Error 502” and “Could not retrieve boards” issues.

If you are using WordPress your site should get the upgraded code with the next API update (2-4 hours). You can speed it up by double clicking the word “API” in the version number on the plugin settings page.

That problem appears only to some specific users. None of our accounts have it.

We asked about 20 people who opened a ticket with 502 error for an access to their WordPress environment.

So far none of them gave it to us.

If any of you is willing to help to resolve that issue, please open a ticket with your WP Admin info. It will be resolved quickly once we be able to see it.

Business Legions . There is NO need for that. Verizon 3.4.31 that removes the debug info is already out. Please update.

It appears the latest update included displaying error messages. Those error messages are from other plugin.

I had the same issue and the fix (until the author pushes another update) is to remove the line:

error_reporting(E_ALL); ini_set(‘display_errors’, ‘1’);
