Microsoft Outlook allows you to restore IMAP Inbox items. Outlook allows any user to modify the IMAP profile. The configuration data for configured IMAP accounts is downloaded to the OST file in new Outlook 2013 and older versions. The data must also be migrated in PST format. The Import/Export attribute of Microsoft Outlook can then be used to convert OST file information from the IMAP mailbox to the Outlook PST folder. Software: Imap backup | Gmail backup tool First, ensure that your IMAP account is configured correctly with Outlook. The Outlook interface can view all data, including emails, contacts, and calendars. We will now move to the steps below to export IMAP in Outlook 2013, 2010, and 2010. Start Microsoft Outlook (2013/2016 or 2019). Secondly, click on the File menu and tap the Open & Export option. Then, hit the Import/Export button in the right pane. Third, select the Export to a File option from the Import and Export Wizard list and tap the Next button. Next, click the Export to a File dialogue box and tap the Outlook Data File option. Next, select the folder from the top IMAP mailbox and add the mail ID. Mark the Include subfolders option. Tap Next. Note: The Import/Export method only transfers one mailbox folder at a time. Next, click the Browse button in the popup and enter the destination you wish to download the Outlook PST file containing the configured IMAP account information.
