I reset post ID it does one post and goes back to the 90000000 post ID and stops
Message Text Format is a regular textarea. You can post HTML there. What is the problem?
So what is your question? That post was skipped because it filtered out by the filter you set.
From what I see Filters are working correctly. You asked plugin to skip “Uncategorized” posts so that post was skipped.

Filter: Cats (Autopost Only): CX|Callcentre|Compliance|CustServ|Digital Transformation|Field Service Management|HR| | Post Cats: Uncategorized|I have some accounts set to automatic posting with no filters and they still won’t automatically post.
WP Cron is working fine also. I am guessing an issue with the Filters here not working?

These limits apply to calls made using a page access token. Your app will receive error code 32 if you hit these limits.
The blog post at https://developers.facebook.com/blog/post/2016/06/16/page-level-rate-limits/ provides a detailed explanation of page level rate limiting.

Are you getting any errors?
Please check your Log/History tab and let me know what do you have there.
Fixed. Page is there now.

ParticipantImage issue solved as to facebook but not twitter. It seems that by using All-in-one-SEO required that social media information be put in and the OG meta done correctly. This issue does not happen when using Yoast.
