Linkedin does not allow to post images directly to posts, so using %IMG% will just add the link to the image, not the image itself.

LinkedIn take an image from og:image meta tag, so you need to correctly setup OG: tags on your site.

Sure you can do this.

And the last question: whats wrong with the TIME of the crossposted post???
Server and WP time is Ok, but crossposted post time is 2 or 3 hours before actual post time!
