      Sorry about that. I changed the text + image and it worked. The integration seems very finicky about what it will accept or not accept though. Could you please consider updating the FAQ with what kind of characters are not accepted in the message body? This might help alleviate frustrated users.

          It’s already answered twice above. We tried to investigate this issue with some clients who were sure that this answer is incorrect. Every time the reason was either broken image or HTML in text.

          Please make sure your image is fine and remove all HTML and complicated tags like %FULLTEXT% from the message format and it will work.

            Hi NextSxripts,

            Any answer on this? Experiencing the same issue here. Logging out helped once but the problem is back and logging out is not not alleviating the issue this time. Awaiting your help. Thanks.

              Hi there. I hope someone will be able to help me because I’m pulling my hair out here…

              Same problem… when posting a Link Post to G+, only the title, text and link shows. No image.

              IMPORTANT NOTE: If I manually post the link (I used the exact same link by copying it from the G+ autopost) everything works fine and the image loads.

              So, it is NOT a metadata problem on my website.

              Help would be really appreciated.

                    same problem in my case!
                    i have set a delay (10 minutes) but still image is blank!
                    i am using the latest version of plugin and wp 4.4.2

                    i think it is a problem that need a solution

                        The most common reason for this is the amount of memory allowed for PHP on your server. Please check and make sure it’s not 32M or less. You need at least 64M, but if you have other plugins 128M or even 256M is recommended.

                        SNAP 3.5 take a bit more memory then 3.4 since it has some redundant code due to V4 features backported to it.

                            Are you getting any errors?
