ParticipantI’m not following – the problem is not that no picture or the wrong picture is displayed, it’s that it’s being stretched when previously the image was not being stretched. Please scroll through the Facebook page I referenced to see how it was working fine prior to May 5, and how the images are now stretched and zoomed since that date. Thanks.
The answer is here https://www.nextscripts.com/snap-features/how-snap-sets-images/

ParticipantSame for me.
Thanks in advance.
Bye D.
It’s not only about PHP.INI timeout. There are also
CURLOPT_TIMEOUT
CURLOPT_CONNECTTIMEOUTand there are might be others set by your hosting.
All you nned is here: (“Acquiring and using an API key”) https://developers.google.com/url-shortener/v1/getting_started#APIKey
Please contact support directly. We need to look at your environment. There is a “squadmag.ru” on Tumblr. It should not give you 404.
Yes, it is. The only problem that this kind of functionality will require review and approval of your app by Facebook stuff. You will need to explain to Facebook why you need that and there is about 95% chance that they will reject you.
Please see the “Known Issues”: https://www.nextscripts.com/known-issues/
We are asking not to open new tickets regarding already known issues. We are working on them and solution will be available as soon as possible.

ParticipantI understand that it says to sign up for google short url. Can you add a walkthrough on how to do that? It seems that it would be a common issue. Do I need to go to their site to sign up? Is there some key I need to put into SNAP?
Thank you
Alexander
ParticipantWordpress version: 4.2.2
Plugin version: 3.4.16I also tried creating new Tumblr App and making new settings from scratch in plugin, strictly following step-by-step guide on your website.
Alexander
ParticipantI have “https://squadmag.ru/” in all fields: Tumblr URL in plugin and in Application website, Default callback URL in App.
I tried to change it to “https://squadmag.ru” or “squadmag.ru” but after saving settings plugin automatically sets it back to “https://squadmag.ru”
It has nothing to do with the version. Nothing was changed in the blogger code for the last 18 months. The problem is with the content of your posts.
What exactly do you have in the tumblr URL field?
Marek
ParticipantOk but how to do that ? It was posting normal with the old version but when i upgrade the script it started to give that error
