Two possible reasons.
1. Your image is not ok. Please make sure your posts have images and those images are not broken or corrupted, not protected by some “hot-linking†protection service and valid for Instagram posting. (I.e. not animated gifs, broken, or some weird formats like .bmp, .eps or .tif
2. You have HTML in the message format.

ParticipantHello! I have the same problem. There is a solution?
Stephen
ParticipantI’m having the same issue, I have Divi builder plugin installed V2.7 but using in conjunction with Genesis theme.
I have increased memory limit to 256M as suggested but the problem persists, deactivating either plugin fixes the issue, there does appear to seem some conflict between the two.
Any other suggestions?

ParticipantCan’t offer a proper solution but when logged into a different facebook account to the one I set the plugin up with. I get that error message. I then go back to the one I was logged into when I set the plugin up and it works fine. Only after I have authorised it can I then move to another account. It might be the same if you have more then one twitter account?.

ParticipantThat’s interesting…frustrating, but interesting. I set up Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ without issue. Personally, I didn’t want my blog posts going to my personal LinkedIn account as my goal was to boost the business page. Since LinkedIn’s API only allows posting to your personal profile, I was relying on NextScripts to get my blog posts posted to my company profile. And I paid for the PRO version to get this feature!

We are experiencing the exact same issue on a few of our websites that were previously set up and working fine.

It has nothing to do with DIVI. We love DIVI theme and use on some of our own sites. It works fine with SNAP
The most common reason for this is the amount of memory allowed for PHP on your server. Please check and make sure it’s not 32M or less. You need at least 64M, but if you have other plugins 128M or even 256M is recommended.
Another possible problem is broken curl/sslcurl, please check CurlSSL from Help/Support tab.
