ParticipantHello,
Did you have any luck resolving this issue?
Alastair Stewart
ParticipantI’m having the same problem connecting. It was working perfectly until earlier this week but I never included google+ information as I do not have an account.
Has something changed that is now limiting this? I do need this resolved as YouTube was one of the reasons I purchased the ‘pro’ version.
Sam, Please open a support ticket.
The link above describes at least 3 different ways of setting up Facebook image. Which one you are using? Have you tried the others? What were the results?
Right now SNAP officially supports only main default language for WPML posts.
All other languages will be supported when we announce full support for WPML.

ParticipantCan you please respond back with the requirements for the plugin. Then we can make sure all is enabled on the server.

ParticipantI really cannot get it working. I’ve added the ID of the g+ page, and my g+ account which is the owner of the page.
It looks like this:
One Google account
One G+ profile (Me)
One G+ page (run by Me for the Page)
A Youtube account with a channel for Me
Another channel run with that account for PageWhat ID should be placed? In the other hand the whole G+ / Youtube / profile / pages are very confusing.
Google gives no control over what info is displayed along with attached link. Our API just sends the URL, and Google adds that info by itself using your metatags.
There is no clear definition of what metatags they used. Usually OG tags do the trick, but sometimes regular metatags are ok too.

ParticipantMetadata are the same, but, can you tell me whose metadata have to be on the page ?
Thx 🙂
Please check the metadata on your site.
There is no way to add accounts in bulk to the plugin.
All accounts are kept in the serialized array. You can probably just generate it.
