ParticipantThat’s not the issue I’m running into. I’ve made it available long ago. SNAP has said that they need to update their software, so there’s nothing on our end to fix this at the moment.

ParticipantYou can get this message if the app is not made available to the general public.
Since the UI of the facebook has changed recently, here’s the latest update for setting the sandbox mode ON/OFF :
Go to https://developers.facebook.com/
Click on the Apps menu on the top bar.
Select the respective app from the drop down.
Go to ‘Status & Review’ from the table in the left side of the page.
Do you want to make this app and all its live features available to the general public? – Select switch to set YES/NO value.

Any help appreciated

ParticipantI’ve tried %EXCERPT%, %ANNOUNCE% with the settings set to 120 characters, and %FULLTEXT% with a plugin to count characters. It seems to cut off anyway.

ParticipantI just purchased the Pro version (3.3.4) today and I’m having the same problems posting to posting to out LinkedIn Company page. I’ve tried two different LinkedIn accounts: one with verification turned on and another without it.
When I test the account with verification, it asks for the code but there is no where to enter it. With the other account I get the Captcha. I have yet to see a test message posted to our company page.

ParticipantNo, I check that FAQ and my settings are correct. I mentioned that in my original question.
I am the admin/manager of the facebook page I am posting to.
Looks like the problem is here: https://www.nextscripts.com/known-issues/facebook-issues/

ParticipantMore info: tried re-generating API key, no luck. Still getting Captcha.
This problem started after my API key expired, as it does after a few (3?) months. I reauthorised. and now I get the Captcha request.
