        Hello Mascia,
database gets bigger and bigger also for me but I cannot find _nxs_snap_sh…
where these information are stored on the database? Which tables? And how did you remove it, safely?
        Thank you very much

with pinterest it works, its ok; but it doesn’t work with IG, it gives success, but after i’m checking the link – this page doen’t exists or removed and nothung chenged in my account:

          i paid few days ago just for IG, the rest were workung for my subscription iwas made before (02.15), but for to work with IG it asked for an extra 50 bucks; i paid, got this scam: after posted 5 tickets in support, nothing has been changed; i started a dispute in PP; i hate such support;
I thought that just in asia happens such problems (they sell first, after ask to wait, because the next update will be ok and you re waiting couple of month), but didn’t think it may succed here, especially ias using this plugin more than a year and was satisfied at all; hey Guys! are you alive?

              Here are some technical details:

PHP has built-in system function tmpfile()

              https://php.net/manual/en/function.tmpfile.php

This function Creates a temporary file with a unique name in read-write (w+) mode and returns a file handle. This function asks OS for the location of the user’s temporary folder and tried to create a file there.

After that we use another PHP function is_writable() (https://php.net/manual/en/function.is-writable.php). That function checks if it’s possible to write something to that temporary file.

if file is writable – all ok we proceed.
if file is not writable – we show the error mentioned above.

So please contact you hosting provider and ask why the temporary file created by the tmpfile() function is not writable.

Thank you for your rude answer.

                      1. I’ve checked my temporary folder for permissions or ownership problems
                      2. I’ve defined another temporary file and checked if it works
                      3. I’ve asked my hosting provider if there is a problem and they told me there is not problem with temp folder and my wordpress installation is using it as normal except your plugin.
                      4. I’ve contacted you by creating a ticket because it happened after last update but i didn’t get an answer.
                      5. I’ve created this thread.

Hope it answers all your questions about why i’m asking you about this problem.
Doesn’t Twitter or Facebook posting uses the same temporary folder for posting? It happens only for Instagram.

We are using the NextScripts API, not the LinkedIn API.

We are still having the problem using WordPress 4.5.1. and NextScripts 3.5.5.

Do we need to do anything after upgrading the plugin?
