In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
The plugin and API are out there for more then a year. Every day we are getting the same questions over and over. Right now, 8 out of 10 support tickets are getting reply "The answer is in the FAQ".
Please check the Technical Problems Troubleshooting FAQ before opening the ticket. There is an 80% probability the answer to your problem is already there.
